This initial offering is a sampler of the content that will follow. This Culinary Text Book is aimed at educators who wish to learn more about the authentic modern Caribbean Cuisine. It can also be of interest to chefs and cooks around the world who would like to get the flavour of the Caribbean into their kitchens. This book will be completed in segments. 3 chapters will be published and available through Create Space every three months – beginning in August 2013.
