Chairman’s Reserve Rum to showcase at Drinks Pavilion

CaribDirect Multi-Media, following last year’s maiden Jus’ Caribbean Festival, that showcased the very best Caribbean food and drink products from Barbados and St Lucia made the decision to focus all its resources on the food and beverage sector. These events are primarily aimed at assisting Caribbean food and drinks producers to access the United Kingdom market competitively while increasing the value of their goods locally.

To this end a strategic alliance has been established with UK Trade show giant IMBIBE LIVE to host a Caribbean zone within the popular annual event. Billed for Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd July at Olympia London the first Jus’ Caribbean Drinks Pavilion.

Chairman’s Reserve Rum originally from St Lucia is expected to be one of the first Caribbean companies to take part in the new  Jus’ Caribbean Drinks Pavilion. Chairman’s UK was first blended in 1999, overseen by then Chairman, Laurie Barnard, as a special project to create a fine quality rum that can represent the iconic style of St. Lucian rum. As a simple line of distinction, Chairman’s Reserve starts with selected aged rums of both Coffey column stills and copper pot stills, married together after maturation, and then re-entered into oak for blending and final finishing. The end result has become the flagship St. Lucian rum known for its harmonious well-rounded finesse and style with tremendous character for cocktails and sipping experiences.
