1931 by St. Lucia Distillers celebrates this history and St. Lucia Distillers’ commitment to world class, handmade rums which has now lasted more than 80 years. A new blend is released each year to create a collection of exceptional and highly individual rums. Each is crafted from selected casks from three pot stills and a coffey still, reflecting the extraordinary range of rums available to the master blender. It has the honour of being the first brand accredited to carry the deluxe level marque of authentic Caribbean rum, and of being awarded the rum trophy at the international spirits challenge.
Apples with some coffee and chocolatey notes are followed by a more nutty, buttery finish. The aftertaste is medicinal and smoky.
